Water jet cutting

We are performing 2D/3D water jet cutting service with bevel elimination on the most modern machine for water jet cutting. We are cutting at +/- 45ᵒ angle, all materials which are not damaged by contact with water – aren’t you sure about that? Contact us for advice.

Cutting service may include also material delivery with necessary certification, based on customer request. We accepting .dwg and .dxf files, if you dont have such file, we can create it for you.

We are working mainly for German and Swiss customers.

Water jet cutting advantages

  • you don’t need to perform additional processes with the cutted parts – no heat or other deformation
  • perfect quality of the cut, cut is so called cold cut
  • the cut is free of burrs, bevels and scale

We are able to provide you with additional processes on cutted parts – milling, welding, turning, zinc plating etc. 

 

Milling cutting

We are cutting and profilling on vacuum tables with size 2,4 x 1,2m,
specially flat plastic materials, with maximal material thickness 15mm.

We are also supplying our cutted parts to gun holster manufacturers.
